Full Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
Monitor and document vital signs, changes in client condition, and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning.
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment.
Engage clients in activities that promote cognitive function, including memory care exercises for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
Provide direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism, ensuring their needs are met in a respectful manner.
